Presenting Properly Your Building Ideas to the Community Essay

You are looking to build luxury apartments on six contiguous parcels of land. As the developer, you need approval from the city council members and neighbors in the community. Recently, you have presented your ideas at the auditorium, showing a short movie staging the apartment building. Many community members believed that you were rail-roading and steam-rolling the project. At the first meeting, you forgot to mention the benefits to having this new apartment building in this neighborhood. Instead of leading the community into the presentation, your main focus was the movie, and the look of the apartments. While exterior and interior looks are important, you should have focused on the benefits of the building.How it would increase housing for young adults who have high paying jobs in health services, computer programing and medical research fields.How it could help reduce crime in the neighborhood by having less low-income housing in the area.
