They are the ones that organize what needs to be put out on the shelf of each business. They decide what to sell. Research is needed to correctly motivate the right group of people to buy. Marketing will be over a time and focus on the future because how consumer changes. They are looking into their customers and analyze what is important to them to sell towards their needs. They must be trained on how the customers will react towards the pricing and usage to the product and need to make decisions that will maximize the profits. It would seem that the customer to buyer relationship wouldnt be as strong because its not a face to face meet up. The marketing team still wishes to see the satisfaction of the customers in order to shoot up in the sales, but they will focus more on the products rather than actual interaction. They will need to the planning and the presentation of the product as well manage how well the product is developed based on the budget that is given. Sales department, however sells items or products in a two-way communication this means that they will actually physically communicate and reciprocate.
