Using a SWOT analysis allows an organization to determine what their strengths and weaknesses within the organization as well as their opportunities for growth and forward movement as well as threats on the outside and how to gain more opportunities within their respective market. What differentiates BBBS from other competitors is that there is no organization that compares to BBBS. There are similar programs, but BBBS goes much further by taking their program directly into schools to reach kids in all areas.
