All companies strive to reach success. While most businessleaders would cherish the opportunity to have a monopoly in theirindividual market, most organizations are not afforded this luxury. Infact, even to gain enough market share to be profitable, a company mustregularly endure a great amount of competition in the marketplace. As such,companies looking to reach their business-related goals must not only worryabout their own operations in relation to consumers, but also theircompetitors' actions. With all of this in mind, the following paper willanalyze a direct competitor to the product that this company, ABC Tech, hasproposed. Performing this competitor analysis in conjunction with severalmarket considerations will help this organization move into the future withconfidence and ideally high profits. Background of Company The company that has been chosen to be analyzed is without questionthe largest competitor this organization faces in the current marketplace.Even following the death of Steve Jobs, Apple is a technology powerhousewith the majority market share in the cell phone market.
