Potassium, fiber, and many vitamins are things that your get from the apple.THE SWEETMy sweet is a BIG KAT this symbolizes my love for chocolate. Many may think that chocolate is too fattening, or too rich in sugar, and unhealthy, but a little chocolate once in a while can be good for you as well as your soul.NUTRITIOUSMy nutritious food is BREAD, a highly nutritious food eaten in one form or another by nearly every person on earth. It is an excellent source of vitamins, protein, and carbohydrates. Bread has been an essential element of human diets. This symbolizes unity to me, in remembrance of the story where Jesus turns a small slice of bread in to a plentiful amount of several loaves of bread, where men gathered together to share food amongst them in unity.MISC.
