There is a total sales value of food and beverage services has raise 1.2 from 2014 year which is 639 million SGD so I believe it is an opportunity for Jamie Olivers restaurant expanding into Asia country as well. After that, the strategic marketing planning which include 4Ps would applied to align marketing activities with corporate mission and have an external environment review.In the analysis part, Hofstedes Cultural dimension is applied for analysis to comparing culture in Singapore and UK and the dimensions are measured with the new or adapted business. First and foremost, the research found that that Singapore is belong to the high power of distance, therefore, the customer who are high involvement will more concerning about the quality of product or service because it was association with social, psychological and functional benefits. Secondly, there are low uncertainly avoidance in Singapore and they are expected to be more innovative and likely to have lower resistance toward adapting and accepting a new product or services.
