For the core part they conduct research on their consumers in order to cater for them because of this when compared to other retailers their range is considered more extensive and they have been acknowledged for reaching out to areas which have been ignored by their competitors, this is advantageous for them as it responds to consumer needs whilst also building on their reputation. As evidenced by the image above New Look is gaining more recognition through this strategy specifically on their shoe range which provides a wide fit selection that they have identified in the market which arent being provided for this is the result from the core values and is the actual product produced. Additionally, as well as being catered for New Look spoil their customers with the use of 28 day return and exchange policy which is extensive compared to some of their competitors. As well as the free next day delivery which also persuades people to buy from them because customers think they are saving money then if they were to buy from competitors. Overall this enhances a positive PR (public relations) which gives them the upper hand in order to achieve their aim of being the no.1 choice for fashion wear by interacting with the customer to ensure that they are meeting their standards and expectations of the store.
