Marketing as a concept within the organization, will build a platform to introduce the new Savoury snack product. We as a company need to emphasis on producing our new product growth and its future in an already existing market. Featuring a new savory snack needs careful attention and analysis, therefore every department within the organization has to play an integral role in the development of our new savory snack. Production Concept Cost efficient and QualityLets first look at the production concept. At the production concept stage we as the manufacturer, need to develop a savory snack product that is both cost efficient and tasty. Our main concern is to increase production at low cost. Production should be our focal point of manufacturing a snack that will overlook the existing snacks in the market. Hiring a onetime food consultant who specializes in savory snacks will determine how we produce more without jeopardizing the quality of our new product and also gaining information which can contribute to more effective decision making. We need to keep in mind, this is a new product that can make us or break us, and our primary concern is to determine the most cost efficient way to bring this new savory snack to the market. Target Market Marketing concept is an integral part of the marketing planning process. Foremost, we need to know what customers require. Customers are more interested in healthy and cost efficient snacks.
