The Main Thing that I took from the Video as it relates to our course consumer Behavior, is that they Depicted Three stores about, start up companies and there individual Consumer Strategies for Gaining and Maintaining Good consumer relations while keeping on the companies path and cooperate image. The first story about about Star Bucks caf was the most simple, and extradanary example of the three. They based there Marketing around the Cafe and the image of the Cafe not the fact that each cafe should be unique its individual Geographic, each caf that you step into looked exactly the same as the caf across town our in a different state, every time you step into there caf they are playing on your subconscious it would be like you have been there before, physically you are going to know that its not the same caf, but every thing inside looked the same because of star Bucks Mass Marketing strategy and the image that they are portraying. As part of Star Bucks Marketing and the most important part is the consumer service they understand that even though the image of the caf is unique they wanted to ensure that the consumer service that you receive at Star Bucks is second to none. They want the consumer to feel welcome every time they walk in a star bucks, the marketing with star bucks does not end on the commercial that is only the first step. And the second step is the customer service and the third step is the image the environment that surrounds you when you sit inside each star bucks caf. Every coffee that they serve as a story that is unique to it self, the art work that is inside the Cafe welcomes and invites you to walk in sit down and take every thing from your mind and relax.
